Tito views building design as a vital catalyst for improving daily family life and nurturing the broader community. Drawing on 12 years of industry experience across Sydney and the Philippines, spanning high-end residential, mixed-use and healthcare master planning, he focuses on human-centred design responses that respect existing environments and site conditions. Tito’s prior experience in healthcare planning gives him a unique, empathetic perspective on creating soothing, functional spaces tailored to evolving family needs. In his free time, Tito can be found camping along the coast, fishing or taking beach strolls with his family.
