Shafiqul brings 15 years of construction estimating experience across residential, commercial and industrial sectors. He is responsible for detailed trade cost breakdowns, tender preparation and liaising directly with suppliers and subcontractors to secure accurate pricing. Shafiqul’s detailed cost analysis gives both the design team and clients complete financial clarity early in the planning stage, ensuring creative visions remain buildable within budget. Having contributed to most projects in the portfolio through estimating and project co-ordination, he spends his downtime cooking, travelling and reading about science and technology.
