Senior Estimator / Project Manager
Ali bridges the gap between architectural aspirations and financial reality. With 10 years of industry experience managing both estimating teams and live building sites, he is best known for his creative problem-solving and value-engineering approach. Ali analyses construction methodologies and structural details to help clients achieve their desired aesthetic within a clear, realistic budget. His estimating expertise has shaped nearly all completed builds in the portfolio, including key projects like Kingsford, Lilyfield, Bondi Beach and Cromer. When he isn't on site or analysing budget spreadsheets, Ali enjoys surfing, snowboarding, hiking and visiting art galleries.
