Mon Gardner

With more than 15 years at Gardner Design and Gardner Construction, Mon plays a key role in keeping the business running smoothly. She oversees accounts payable, contractor and supplier payments, account reconciliations and financial administration, while liaising closely with our accountants to ensure everything is managed accurately and on time. Mon is also one of the first people many clients meet, coordinating Occupation Certificates, project handovers and final presentations. She also manages project photography and styling, drawing on her experience with television productions including Love It or List It.
Outside of work, Mon enjoys spending time outdoors, discovering great coffee and catching up with family and friends.
